The Somero S-240 Laser Screed produces slab-on-grade concrete floors that are flatter and stronger than any comparative floors produced by Using conventional methods. The Somero Laser Screed has been proven on more than 500,000,000 square feet of floors worldwide.

How does the 8-240 Laser Screed produce flatter and stronger floors? The Somero S-240 Laser Screed establishes grade by laser, disperses concrete by auger, vibrates and consolidates the concrete. The console mounted computer maintains grade with laser precision and monitors the screed elevation at a rate of 5 times per second. The Laser Screed features a self-leveling, 12-foot wide screeding head that is mounted on a powerful 20-foot telescopic boom.
